Description |
This course examines key issues associated with working well in multicultural teams. Poor interpersonal relationships are frequently cited as one of the key reasons for team dysfunction, impacting team and project success. This course equips participants to be more effective and resilient team members by exploring team dynamics, looking at the roles of followers and leaders, and identifying and addressing problems in creative ways. |
