Description The goal of the course is to enable the student to see the link between his/her local church and the unfolding history of the North African Church. Know the history of the church in North Africa up to A.D. 600. Be aware of its importance. Trace the history of the decline of the church after A.D. 600. The sufferings of the church in North Africa. The church as a persecuted minority group in society. The missionary movement and the part it has played in reestablishing the church in North Africa. Understand how the Church expanded through witnessing for Jesus Christ and be motivated to participate in witness. The relationship between the North African church of today and the Primitive Church. Know that we are part of the Universal Church. Realize that the Church is not just for the Western World.
