The following topics will be covered: Creation: The physical universe: understand the goodness of God's plan and provision. Appreciate the roles of Biblical evidence (special revelation) and science (natural revelation) in understanding the creation vs. evolution issues. Man created in the image of God; fellowship with God, responsibility for creation. Male/Female-dignity, complementarity, equality/subordination. Special attention to the nature and role of woman. Fall: Satan and the Angels-understand what the Bible tells us about the origin of evil. Realize the severity and devastating effect of the Fall and its consequences for man: Loss of fellowship with God, guilt and lack of merit before God.
